i'm up to Genesis 15 right now, and learning alot! i will do a post about what i have learned soon, but am just doing a quick update right now. one big thing i learned though is that God fulfills promises, but not always the way we expect. i suppose this is something i always knew, but it's good to have a reminder!
this week i was busy! have been working a lot at the daycare. lots of homework for my classes at hawkeye, but i'm loving my world religions class. it's really interesting. last night, mom and i went to a craft night which was a lot of fun. she did some knitting with a friend. i learned to crochet and i scrapbooked with some girls in my small group. this morning, mom and i had a spa day. it was a great surprise from dad! and tonight, some of my friends and i went to Chuck E. Cheese's! we had fun acting like little kids again, and two of the girls are foreign exchange students so they had never been there before.
it has been a great week. i will blog more later and put up pics!
